Progress Photo. 2/25/13. Felt so sick during today's workout. Blood sugar levels must've been lower than normal. Sore chest and tri's today too. Good sign! #excited!
Drink your water! I strive for a gallon a day. I fill this gallon jug up and then pour it in my 34 oz mug. My trick to drinking so much water... This mug. I take it everywhere. I sip on it mindlessly and before I know it I realize I need to fill it up again. Maybe it will help you too?
I've completed two Beachbody programs. P90X and Insanity. The next programs I WILL complete this year are T25 and Body Beast. I like goals. Each program is a goal I like to achieve.
In the beginning change is uncomfortable and difficult but I promise it gets easier. TRUST THE PROCESS.
