Sometimes I feel like:
1. I didn't burn enough calories.
2. I didn't lift heavy enough.
3. I wasn't drenched in sweat.
4. Or I don't feel sore
So I have to take a step back and remember this.

My little man wants to play Candy Land today. It was one I enjoyed growing up.
Went for a run tonight. Wanted to quit towards the end BUT I pushed through.
