Fit Tip: Water Consumption

Drink your water! I strive for a gallon a day. I fill this gallon jug up and then pour it in my 34 oz mug. My trick to drinking so much water... This mug. I take it everywhere. I sip on it mindlessly and before I know it I realize I need to fill it up again. Maybe it will help you too?
